I had a terrible experience with this shop. They sent me the wrong product, which is highly unprofessional for a business dealing with children's goods.
​What makes it even worse is their customer service. I immediately knocked them on Facebook Messenger to report the issue, but they completely ignored me. They saw the message (Seen) but didn't bother to respond or offer a solution.
​It was only after I threatened to file a formal complaint with the Directorate of National Consumers' Right Protection (DNCRP) and pursue a legal case for fraud the next day that they finally replied with a "Sorry."
​Apologizing only when threatened with legal action is not good service—it’s a sign of a lack of integrity. Save yourself the headache and avoid this place. Extremely unprofessional and unreliable!
